Bedford Sheriff Mike Brown (Blue Ridge Thunder) endorses Melvin Williams for House

I am writing to endorse Melvin Williams as the Republican Nominee for the 17th District House of Delegates seat that William Fralin is vacating.

I have known Melvin since his tenure as an Assistant Commonwealth Attorney with the Bedford County Commonwealth Attorney’s Office in the late 90s. In fact, Melvin worked side by side with my Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force (Operation Blue Ridge Thunder) and was instrumental in perfecting a case that received national news coverage against the Chief of Staff, Office of Governor of West Virginia, in 1999. In addition, his legal expertise and assistance to the task force was instrumental in maintaining a 100% conviction rate…a statistic that still holds firm today.

Melvin is a highly principled conservative with strong Christian values that the Republican Party needs as its candidate.

Please join me in supporting this fine young man in his bid for Delegate, 17th District.

Mike
